I work with the executives and senior leadership of organisations and companies to address major challenges that they are facing and support them in implementing interventions to help them overcome these challenges. These interventions can take the form of workshops, group coaching, talks, individual coaching or consulting on change management or company culture development and supporting the leaders with the change process to ensure success.

Working with organisations who have had company buyouts and then had challenges integrating the two differing cultures. I worked with their senior leadership teams and together we develop a strategy to address resistance, manage expectations and get buy in for the way that the new company operates.

Working with the leadership teams to get clarity and buy in from employees on the companies new vision, mission and values. Working with the whole organisation so that this intrinsic part of an organisation is owned by all.
